As you may have noticed I’ve been a bit quiet on the blog front, the linky front and a bit less ‘in the conversation’ on social media lately. I lost my blogging oomph, I was tired, and… I was pregnant! So, I’m sorry, I hope you understand how shattered I’ve been. I’ve been chasing a no-napping toddler all day, and falling asleep by 8, so, I’m sure you’ll understand that I just didn’t have time and I’m sorry. I hope loyal followers that you’re still here reading in the background, and if not, I hope to find you again!
I’ve been very paranoid this pregnancy as my only symptom has been tiredness, with a smidge of the munchies. When I was pregnant with Toddler H, I was so sick, actually sick, and terribly nauseous all the time. The only thing that placated the nausea in the slightest were the cheap salt and vinegar sticks from Waitrose. I felt awful, I got travel sick (something I had never experienced), and I was even more shattered than this time. Constantly. So, it’s been a very nice second pregnancy so far. I’m very grateful to this baby because I’ve no idea how I’d have chased Toddler H all day if I’d felt as bad as she made me feel. I’m going to write a bit more about my first 12 weeks of pregnancy separately and also a comparison with my first vs second… So that’s enough if that for now.
Anyway, I wanted to apologise and hope you’ll keep following and reading on similar topics as before: toddler craziness, mummy problems, reviews, fun stuff and random things, with a whole lot of pregnancy related posts grown into the mix too.
Lynne xx
P.S. If anyone knows anything about nub theory I’d love to hear your thoughts on Baby’s scan picture!! Curious mummy and daddy are desperate to find out this time, having been stern team yellow supporters last time!

January 13, 2017 at 3:13 pmCongratulations! Pregnancy (especially the beginning and end) is exhausting!! I had a midwife guess the gender of my three all accurately with the nub theory. It has to do with the angle and everything, which I was sometimes ok at picking out in others scans if I could figure where the nub was ?
