Onto my Review:

Hatch Cards Augmented Reality Greetings Cards Review

You might think “they’re greetings cards, why is she reviewing them“, or “whoop-de-doo, they’re bright colourful children’s cards“. But oh, they are SO much more. Here are several reasons?Hatch Cards are really cool greetings cards.

  1. I can tell you these cards do deserve a review.
  2. They most definitely are special
  3. They WILL?make your kiddies, hubby, friends and parents laugh, “oooooh” and “ahhhhh
  4. They sing
  5. They dance
  6. You can see them move
  7. … and, they include games too!

What’s the fuss about?

I was sent three Hatch Cards, check out this video to see how amazing they are:

Ain’t that cool!

How do they work?

It just takes a simple app called Zappar. Just download it, open up the app, and place your phone over the front of the card…. and see the magic!?Augmented reality greetings cards means that once the card image is scanned, you get so much more than a standard card!

The back of the card clearly shows the instructions of what to do:

Hatch Cards Augmented Reality Greetings Cards Review Back of Card

See, it’s easy-peasy! A kid could do it too 🙂

There are extra’s too!

Games: check out this screenshot of some of the games you can play:

See – they really are brilliant cards, and perfect for kids (and adults!!)

What do we think?

You have to check out Toddler H’s reaction to these fab cards too:

Toddler?H is only 15 months, but this is a good reaction! That “oh wa” is her tired version of “oooooooooohhhhhhhhh wowwwwwwwwwww!!!!”. She was transfixed. Face it, if a toddler reacts like this, imagine how a 2 year old, 3 year old or 5 year old will react? They will, they’ll love them too.

We 100% recommend Hatch Cards. Friend’s, family, sorry these are the card’s you’ll be getting from now on!!

Where to get more info:

So why not check out the ?Hatch Cards website here, follow them on Twitter and Facebook…. and share the love!?They’re only ?2.99, so no more expensive than most other cards. Go on, your niece or nephew will definitely give you?the Best Aunt/Uncle badge for this!

Hatch Cards have created this promotional video which explains everything about the cards

Hatch Cards – Greetings that come to life! from Daniel Chapman on Vimeo.

Good luck and if you’re not successful this time, hope you are next! Alternatively Hatch Cards are running a competition on their facebook page too – try your luck here!

Lynne x

Disclaimer: I was gifted these cards for the purpose of this review, however, all opinions are my (and Toddler H’s) own…. see you’ve seen the video, hear those squeals, she loves it!?

These look fab, we have some stickers that move about when viewed with an app, fantastic idea to make cards that do this. If I won, I’d give it to my little boy when it’s his birthday. He’d love it.

These look fabulous! Great value, and a brilliant spin on what’s, lets face it, the least interesting part of birthdays etc for children usually!! I’m sure my children would be totally enraptured by this, I will investigate Hatch Cards further!
