Here is my Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep review… I’ve give you a spoiler: I think it’s worth the money! However, if you haven’t heard of the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep machine and are continually faced with a screaming baby while juggling boiling water, formula and then waiting on cooling timers it’s just too hot for your little cherub, this is the gadget for you.

?

Why is it so perfect you ask?

Well, it prepares a bottle of perfect body temperature formula in less than 2 minutes. So you dont have to muck around with kettles, cooling water, proportions and screaming.

How does it work???Do you see that big button? ?All you do is press it twice!

What do you do? You press the big button (circled) and it adds a ‘shot’ of boiling water. Then, you add your formula, swirl the bottle to mix it, and then press the same button again, and it adds cool filtered water. And, voila! A bottle of body temperature milk.
Note- You do have to make sure the machine has water in it which has filtered through, the filtering takes a few minutes, if you haven’t.
How do you fill a bottle with different volumes? The numbers around the big dial indicate the number of ounces you want. All you do is twiddle the dial (using the depression) to the number you want.

For example this is making 5 ounces:?newmummyblog, tommee tippee, perfect prep, review, baby, feeding, formula, newborn, mummy, parent

Cost: It is around ?70-100 in most major shops (you can buy one from?Amazon by clicking here: Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Perfect Prep
).?However, we got ours on a local preloved Facebook page. I’m sure other such pages and sites have them too -I’ve seen them for ?20-40.

Verdict: ?10/10! This machine saves us so much hassle, it’s quick, easy to use and very very convenient. I think I’m so used to feeding Baby H on demand, thus limiting the crying, that I would notice the delays (crying!) associated with making formula the traditional way even more than other parents who are used to that process.

WOW, I wish they had these around when mine were babies. The amount of times I had to throw bottles away as I couldn’t remember how many I had counted… I can imagine it helps loads. #triedtested

I breastfed but always said that if I formula fed I’d buy one of these and I stand by it if I have a second baby! They look amazing! When our son went down to one feed in the night we swapped to formula so we could take it in turns to do it but we just used boiling water in a flask.
